I’m “up on my toes” and applauding Beth Bennett at Bebe Bakes for the outstanding cake she made me. I’m a big fan of having a big ‘ole cake on my birthday and enjoying it with friends, so I ordered a tap dancing themed cake from Bebe Bakes. Beth didn’t just make me a tap dancing cake, she went above and beyond and replicated the logo from the show I’m tap dancing in next week (On Your Toes, New York City Center Encores!). I chose the flavors: Chocolate cake with Oreo filling and vanilla buttercream frosting! It was insanely good, and all of my friends went crazy over it! the icing was PERFECT, thick and creamy. The cake was dense but not too heavy. The filling, OMG, was cookies & cream heaven. Once again, I will say that BeBe Bakes is one of the BEST places to order a cake from.
