Without being Gluten Free, I rarely actually like GF sweets. Well, my GF friend told about a cookie at Sugar & Plumm, and it changed my mind indefinitely. The giant GF chocolate chip cookie they sell is delicious. I usually like to heat cookies I buy (for the just-baked texture), but I liked this cookie as is. It was so thick and moist with large chocolate disks in every bite. There wasn’t a bite without a large chunk of chocolate. Even with the voluminous essence of it’s size, it was surprisingly light with out a heavy feeling in my stomach. I highly recommend this cookie for ALL dessert lovers, and especially my lovely GF friends. Allergy friendly love is at Sugar & Plumm!
