I rang in 2014 with a beautiful butterscotch pudding from The Corner Store, a restaurant in San Francisco. The pudding was served in a tiny mason jar and topped with a caramel sauce and salted cream. In short, this tiny pot of pudding was absolutely incredible. It was sweet. It was salty. It was creamy and smooth. The pudding was so flavorful that I was completely satisfied even though it was a pretty small size. In each bite I was able to enjoy all three components with the salted cream on top being my favorite part. Happy New Year deserters!
